I think it really emphasized the straw-like hair and the blurriness adds a sense of nostalgia--like someone waking up and staring out at the sun. Associations abound. Anyway, my thoughts on images usually seem ramble-ish. I think we all wake up from bed with a sense of waking to a dream-reality. I don't know. This one gives off more human feeling because, obviously, the human in the picture.
